These pictures were sent in by Dave Barberree of Oconomowoc, WI. It's a 1962 17' Borum Fireflight Dave has the original 75hp Eninrude off the boat for safe storage. He uses the boat everyday during the summer, and says "it pulls a slalom skier out of the hole with little effort and can even lead a bare foot skier if the conditions are right" A great example of a Borum Fireflight Thanks for your help Dave! |

Ed from Ohio, sent me some great pictures of his 1959 Borum Corsair. The boat is in great shape, and came with many accessories, including an original Borum Catalog from 1959. Ed is going to restore the boat so he and his kids can enjoy it on the local lakes.

These pictures were sent in buy James Deffenbaugh of Deerfield Ohio. This is a 1957 Speedicraft, powered by a Fageol VIP 44, with an Evinrude bottom drive. As of 08/07/06, THIS BOAT IS FOR SALE!!! All original, in storage for over 22 years. This boat was given to James' grandfather, because he worked at the plant that did the Fageol conversion. The Fageol is an uprite Crosley engine, modified for marine use. If I only had room for 1 more boat. Look for this boat on ebay. or contact James: j.deffenbaugh@palmyratownship.com
Someone scoop this one up, James wants it to go to a good home!!
